Had my brake pads and rotors replaced. They use very good quality ceramic brake pads here. Not the cheap metalic junk that a lot of shops put on. I was in and out in reasonable amount of time. Check the website because they have coupons on there to save you money. They also inspect your vehicle to let you know if you have any other upcoming maintenance due.

Stopped by for my emissions testing and asked when they could get me in for brakes. They were able to get me in right away and got me an estimate. Scott talked me through what he recommended doing now, fluids and front pads, and what could wait a month or two, rear pads, and why he was making those recommendations. I appreciate that there was no pressure to do everything and extra today. The service was quick and the staff friendly and professional.

Came here twice and the service was great both times. Scott Andrastek the service advisor was great, he’s very knowledgeable and gave good advice and a list of alternatives to accommodate your needs and you’re able to leave the shop confident and secure about your purchase and the work they did with your vehicle. The technicians were great as well and worked in a timely manner and left my vehicle in good shape both times. If you have any questions or doubts about anything Scott will take care of you without a doubt. Habla español tambien! Also first time I came in it was a walk-in and the second time I came in it was a scheduled appointment and both times they attended me the process was quick and easy!

Took my vehicle to Midas in Waukesha and had a great experience. The staff was straight-forward, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. They got me in, diagnosed the issue, and handled it in a timely manner. It’s refreshing to deal with a shop that communicates well and treats you with respect. Pricing was fair, work was solid, and the car drove noticeably better when I left. Definitely a place I’d go back to and recommend if you need honest work done without the runaround.

When my son hit a curb and threw his alignment out, Jesse became my new best friend. The tow company was late getting the car to the shop, but Jesse kept me calm and assured me they would look at the car once it arrived. Then even after repairs were done, we were struggling with the insurance to follow through. Once again, Jesse came to my aid and called the insurance company to help alleviate my stress. Maybe I could've shopped around for lower costs, but the incredible customer service is worth every penny I paid on that repair. Thanks, Jesse!
